Anton desk, £150, House by John Lewis

Anton desk, £150, House by John Lewis

With house prices constantly going up, many of us are lifetime renters. Gone are the days of renting just being for students and those in their twenties. With this comes the passion for people to make their homes as welcoming as possible and furniture and homewares are one way of achieving this.

Four years ago John Lewis launched its House by John Lewis range, aimed at a younger, design savvy audience with pieces that were not only great value and well-designed but could be easily moved, an important aspect when living in a rented home.

The new House by John Lewis collection has been updated and we love the Anton furniture range. The desk, pictured here, would be ideal to help create a home office on a budget, but it could also double up as a dressing table in a bedroom. So, what more of an excuse do you need to get shopping for your home? Go and check out the fab new range at John Lewis, in stores from August.
